DWG NO. ABT-01 / REV A / EST. SOFTRAVO
ABOUT

The bridge between the plant floor and the software layer.

Softravo exists because most industrial floors run on one set of systems, and the business running around them runs on another — and almost nobody speaks both fluently. We program the PLCs and build the SCADA. We also build the dashboards, gateways, and integrations that get that data where it actually needs to go.

That's the work: controls that hold up under audit, and the software layer that makes them useful beyond the panel. Every engagement is scoped, programmed, and commissioned in-house — no outsourced programming, no handoffs between teams that never talk to each other.

We don't hand the logic to someone else and hope it survives translation.
One team writes it, wires it, and stands at the panel when it goes live.

How a project actually runs.

Five stages, start to commissioning — scroll to move through them.

01

Discovery

Walk the floor, review existing drawings and control philosophy, define scope.

02

Design

Panel drawings, I/O lists, network architecture, and a control narrative.

03

Build

PLC/HMI programming, panel build coordination, and factory testing.

04

Commission

On-site installation support, loop checks, and live system tuning.

05

Support

Documentation handover and ongoing troubleshooting as the line runs.

How we work.

100% in-house

No outsourced programming. The people who scope your project are the people who write the logic and stand at the panel during commissioning.

Audit-ready by default

Documentation, tag naming, and change control are built in from the start — not reconstructed after the fact for a validation binder.

Support past commissioning

We hand over documentation and stay reachable once the line is running — not just until the invoice clears.
